Nice BW and an elevated railroad in it too!

Come to think of it, you're right! It was once a railroad system in the early 1900s. The surrounding area use to be farmland. Now that railroad line is part of the MTA. As for the farms, you can see what they are now!

Eye-catching for me...I attended PS 35 in Queens as a 3rd grader in 1949 I think.

Cool stuff. This totally smokes buying any hardware to put on your iphone and what a steal of a price. Now that I've read a bit about this app and see that it has quite amazing controls I have to ask if this was shot with one of the film filters? I am just wondering because the low contrast kinda reminds me of the Browning that so many of us had as kids and I think if you had used manual control you mighta pushed the contrast on your two shots a bit more. Just curious.

I had the filters turned off on this shot. The only thing I had on was the H5 film setting, which simulates Ilford's HP5 film!
