Description
Bern lost his footing on the last heave of the sheep, after a few minutes rest while Bern was still down on his face , the sheep struggled and then jumped back into the water , which Meant after all the hard work , there was no more we could do,which was shame .if only it hadn't been so frightened, so not a happy ending.

it makes one wonder if trying to save an animal without proper equipment is worth the risk

I say three cheers for Bern and all of his efforts. A sad way to loose an adult sheep!
