Description

I am looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy. It looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. While I am happy that Thanos, one of Marvel's greatest villains will finally be making it to the big screen, he totally should have made his debut in a movie (or 3) facing Captain Marvel first!

This is a GREAT picture! Love the composition, and of course your work on the costumes is unparalleled. Did you do the sparkle trail in postwork? If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to increase the amount of sparkles. I was just looking at some classic Mar-Vel comics, and the sparkle trail always comes off most of his body (so in this case, it should come up to at least his back, and include under his outstretched left arm). AWESOME JOB! EXCELSIOR!

Thanks!! Yeah, Sparkles were post. Fairly uncharted territory for me using brush dynamics in PS. Hmmm, yes, you're right, in retrospect, I see I should have given Mar-Vel the full power aura treatment as well. I may come back to this at some point. Good advice, thanks!
