Description
I was inspired by the other D-Day commemorations, so here is my humble contribution: An American aircraft, in British markings, operated by the RCAF. As it happens, these were also the three nations assigned their own sectors.
D-Day itself was a massive collaborative effort involving many nations. Ultimately it's not the uniform or the nationality of the soldiers who fought that matters, but the outcome of their collective efforts.
