http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/browse.php?user_id=287364 Some of you likely have heard that Dave Teves (Punaguy) left us this week for those starry skies he was photographing recently. His passing was a sudden and unexpected shock. A long-time Renderosity member, he was known both for his amazing photos of his native Big Island of Hawaii as well as his kind nature and the warm comments he left many people. While he shot fantastic macros of flowers, gorgeous scenics, inspired volcano images and more, he will probably be best remembered by his love of the ocean and the wave photos he captured. You will be missed Dave.

As an inveterate flower photographer myself, I find this image of the beautifully lit rose one of magnificence, Kort. Remember my irrepressible daisies? As for your friend who recently passed on, I was unfamiliar with the chap, but am sure he did the best with his camera skills. A wonderful dedication, my friend.
