I readily admit that "Go Hunting" by kingsmagic inspired me. That picture made me remember a picture that I had started, but could not finish. My old graphics card just could not deal with Stonemason's Enchanted Forest. The system could also not deal with DAZ's Big Cat 3. Well, my system could deal with them, but very, very, very slowly. So slow that I abandoned. Having gotten Reality to work properly again, I was eager to put it through it's paces. With kingsmagic's image fresh in my mind, I decided that re-visiting this scene would be a good test. Rendered to 2.5k S/p in about 8 hours. Steam added in post-production. Color worked on to accentuate the shadows and give the light a more dappled effect. Avoided using post processed light beams because the effect, to my eyes, just didn't seem to work.
