What a lovely little herald for Andrea's birthday! When I saw your title, the lyrics, "Start spreading the news" went through my head, but since I'm not leaving today, and she's not having her birthday in New York, New York, it doesn't really fit. lol. Great card and dedication! I like the digifiddling. The folds make fun patterns. I see a peace sign, and a pair of legs sticking out from under the rainbow. Happy Birthday, Andrea!

First, I assume you did the double posting for Gemini? If so, brilliant idea! As for the blend, I adore blends and have done them ever since I learned Photoshop, so you'll always draw me in with them. Like Lucinda, I also see a peace sign here, and some legs sticking out. And a bit of the rainbow. And some white wing-like shapes, that could be light rays or even part of a glass. It's a fascinating background---and very graphic, because of the grain and all the lines. (Someone said it looked like a funky shopping bag. Could be that too, who knows!) Lovely, with the bird squawking out Andrea's birthday to the world. A lovely dedi to a great lady, and a joyous one too. Fun and fine work!
