The image certainly conveys the feeling of the dragon aloft high above the mountains. To my eye there is a slight disconnect between the background and the dragon. The dark tones seem off, with the dragon being highly contrasted and the background not. Even so, I like it a lot and as i say, it definitely conveys the intended sensation.
