My name is Pete, I started using Bryce back in 2001. I dabbled for a few years then I had a PC crash in 2009 and I lost everything.
Last year I downloaded it again and attacked it with a new vengence. I do not do many scenes, my renders focos on the object created. My work is Dark and Dystopian and mostly involves metals of one sort or another.
Ive been a member here since 2007, lurking, looking and learning. The images I post are things Ive learned from all of you.
My art helps me escape the Madness of Reality
Enjoy.

Much better on the size, could go lower on Render settings, a lot of noise and holes in there that would be fixed by lower settings. You said you were using a Laptop? Man I smoked 2 HP Pavilion 16 Laptops back to back a few years ago with MB3D and Mojoworld Renders, Laptops just can't Breathe well enough to max out the Cores on Renders they overheat bad. You can Back off on the number of Cores dedicated to a Render but at the expense of Speed. I went back to Desktops, just recently picked up a Refurbed Dell Optiplex Core2Quad 3.33 Ghz, 8 gig Ram for a song and Run half the Cores on MB3D Renders 3000x1688 in like 15-20 minutes(double or triple that with VL or Reflects). Nice work though, you've picked right up on the MB Technique Peace

Ill try lowering those settings next one I do. This programs great, still experimenting with what does what. Im retired and on a fixed income so new PCs are out of the question right now. But when taxes come back next year its the first time Im getting. Still having some problems getting things to rotate to the POV I want. I can see it, just cant get at it yet.
