Oh Wow when I saw this before reading your description I thought it was a big hotel building and I thought how have they got this building to "float" thing of earthquake protection or something.. Durr I'm a worry sometimes lol.. Nice shot Sig!!

All these cabins have balconies. There are over 4,000 passengers on this ship. Our ship was 'only' 16,000 tons and much more 'personal'. We actually met the captain! My feeling about these huge cruise ships is that it is all about making money. I don't need 4,000 passengers to have have!

The only way to travel as long as you have deep water to dock. Even tenders are not bad to deal with if you really want to see the sights!

@danapommet. Dana, I prefer smaller ships. They seem to be more personal. On these big ones one never gets to meet the captain and during debarking, it feels like a troop deployment!
