Haha! Well the photo(s) were taken last year, but the cheese is certainly ripening. Also dry-curing my own bacon and making some pretty good beer (if I do say so myself!!)

Nothing works for me like leading lines. Couple this with great depth of field and perfect balance and you have a winning composition. Really neat use of some selective color.
