Well, even a zoom doesn't identify whatever that is pleading for help deep in the hole of that stump, a bird or cat possibly? Until it's identified, I would hesitate trying to rescue it, because it may be a ruse to draw you inside, never to be seen again. In any case, a splendid rendering, John.
