After checking out several B&B's, the guys drive past a house not on their list. A young lady is just tacking up a sign, 'Bed and Breakfast; Rooms to let.' Skylar stops Eleanor, backs up and pulls into the driveway. He gets out and walks over to the lady. 'How much you asking for a room?' he asks. 'For you, I think I can give a reasonable rate.' she says with a grin. They negotiate back and forth a little while and Skylar gives Reed the hi sign to bring in one of their bags. Reed thinks this is rather unusual since they haven't even checked out the inside. But Skylar usually has good instincts for these kinds of situations, so he decides to trust him. Once they get inside, the interior looks even better than the outside. Very nice classical decor. Their room overlooks the yard so they can keep and eye on Eleanor if they want. But the lady, oh, her name is Lilly Goodbody (tee hee hee). Well, she says the neighborhood is safe. No violence and very little crime so not to worry about that beautiful Mustang sitting in the front yard. Breakfast is served at 7:30 AM. If they want to have supper with her, she can probably put on a few extras to fill them up. They decide they would like that. Lilly is a very friendly little thing and is quite at ease with Skylar and Reed's relationship. She thinks its quite cute in fact. Over supper, they learn that Lilly just inherited a small fortune from her father and decided to invest in this bed and breakfast. In fact, Skylar and Reed are her first customers. She hopes that is a good sign, since she was surprised at how fast her sign drew in customers. They laugh and talk into the night and then head for bed. They tell Lilly they want to see some of the sights around Houston and will want to keep the room for another night.
