Description
Many of the restaurants on the Carnival Glory cruise ship are on one deck of the ship. It was a nautical theme and this sailboat was a wall decoration. I left the stairs in the photo for perspective. The sailboat was about 25 feet (7.62 meters) long and about 20 feet (6.1 meters) high. The stairs went up to the Fish-n-Chips restaurant with a view of the stern of the ship. All you could really see back there was the wake that the ship left behind as it sailed to our next destination! The photo was taken on February 16, 2014.
All of the foam surrounding the Coast Guard security boat, in my previous posting, was because they were returning to the Port of Miami, Florida after escorting another cruise out to sea. As they came back to escort us out of the port, they made a 180 degree U-turn right in that spot.

Such a cruise is certainly very interesting, so far I have only made boat trips on rivers and several times by car ferry on the North Sea. A beautiful wall decoration and you've excellently photographed.
