I love this! The textures are fantastic and I love the mood...something impending...something about to happen. The modeling work is fantastic. Fantastic work and I love the whole sense that there's a culture behind this: form follows function, after all, and on top of it all, there's a sense of aesthetics that kinda tells you that whoever uses this will use it for a very specific purpose, and they don't really care how it looks. I like it when things come across like that: it's a nice touch of realism. Really top notch work!

great texture and retro feel...however, it needs something to give the robot scale. Just lowering the pov might work, but might detract from what you already have going. A human model may seem obvious, but nothing conveys scale better than people...unless you can think of something that works better in this particular arrangement/genre.
