Your 'bug' shots are always spectacular and I do like this one who seems to be taking a bath. I must admit I like them a little less since I found out they eat butterflies.

These are fascinating in their many colours, always reminds as a child seeing them in all their colours converging around a forest pond me and my father fished in the 70's... strange how vivid such memories can be because of colour.

My, that looks familiar. Didn't you just post that recently or something similar? In any event, sterling clarity in this pic of the beautiful Red Damselfly, with those glorious wings and a tail boom akin to that of a pond dragonfly.
