Description

This is what happens when you shoot into the sun---but wow, talk about a perfect 4th of July foto!! My son was flying his kite in the park and I just had to try. This was a LONG time ago, with who knows what camera? Maybe even my old Pentax K1000--you know the kind with FILM???? lol Happy 4th!!

The Sun always has the best fireworks. Now days the only film I encounter is what I clean off the shower door.

blinkings is blinking right about the sensors. I always hold my breath when shooting at or around the sun, feeling that may be the last photo I ever take with that camera. Otherwise, a tremendous supernova burst of lights to celebrate this sacred holiday, Marilyn. Very cool capture considering the circumstances.
