Description

A warbler of some description, not sure which, at the canal a couple of miles from my house. Thanks for looking & have a great weekend. ~Steve~ p.s. I was told yesterday by my former boss that my job was "still open" if I wanted it back. This after a re-structuring statement in February that "all current roles will cease to exist on 2nd June". Talk about making things up as you go along!!!

Beautiful photography! The subdued light and colors give it such an intimate feeling, and contemplating this in full view is like a meditation. What an interesting opportunity your ex-boss has presented! If you decide to go back, think about doing a bit of negotiating for something less stressful than the situation you so happily got out of a few months ago! :)

You are just bloody amazing with your bird work. I mean this is literally a gallery quality piece of work. You got fantastic focus on the critter and your blur out is just top notch - the bird jumps out of the scene. Then you top it off with perfect composition as the stem leads perfectly from the bottom left, and then you crafty bugger you put a flower head right beneath the bird to perch him into the scene. I am not normally a bird photo lover but you make me into one.
