Description
I made this today.
3 orange bell peppers
4 carrots
1 large onion
boil until tender
let it COOL off
run through blender to puree
simmer on stove to desired thickness
add a dash of salt and a small spoon of sugar
Then I added a jar of heavy cream.
Turned out very good.
