Description
Three identical terrains with different resolutions (4096, 2048, 1024) from the High-Resolution Terrain Set 2 (http://www.daz3d.com/bryce-7-1-pro-high-resolution-terrains-set-2) and materials (from the set) at the same location. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI which is included in the set, the key light is provided by the sun.

Really fine terrain work and textures...excellent lighting too! Are the terrains stacked to allow each material to show through,or am I missing the reason for three identical terrains at different resolutions...is it foreground,middle,background? Really well done as always!

Thank you all for your kind comments. @grafikeer - yes, the terrains are stacked so each of them can be given another material. The terrains have to be generated in different resolutions (not just the resolution changed in the TE) so that the details of the geometry change.
