Description
The original picture was taken on a very grey overcast day. It lacked clarity and sharpness. I messed around with it by way of an experiment first of all in Lightroom 5 and then added a touch of some Topaz effects.
It's nowhere near the quality the camera is capable of but I liked the semi painting/water colour effect.
