Thank you for visiting my home page! My real name in John Daniels and I am a software developer that has been playing with digital art for about 5 years now. A family member (grafikeer) got me interested in working with 3D models and that was the end of my free time.
It has taken some time to get a handle on the tools, but I feel I am starting to get hang of it. The next step is to dig into the actual modeling aspect. I have a background in Architectual Drafting and working with 3D modeling for structures etc which I plan to leverage in the creation of my own props, clothing and textures.
The DS Meta data packs that I sell are the result of countless hours of learning and playing with my own content to fully understand how the metadata works and how to create is efficiently. I have over 5500 products in my own runtime that now has Smart Content Meta Data. I have been putting together packs that I think make sense and selling them here in the Renderosity Market Place. I picked up ZBrush and I am working on learning how to use it so that I can start creating my own content to publish, I have many ideas, but it will take some time to master the tools needed to bring those ideas to life...

I'm with Lynnell, she looks pretty hot for the living dead, the ones around here tend to be crusty old Bogan (hillbilly) types ! LOL I guess dead Polly doesn't want a cracker then ? Nice use of DOF and character, man talk about big renders, got ram to burn, hey ? ~Cheers~

They left her for dead, I didn't say she was dead... LOL On the size of the render topic, I have a i5-3450 CPU @ 3.1 GHz with 16 GB of RAM 64 bit Windows 8.1 I setup the render size based on the 19 inch by 13 inch paper that I have for printing with a resolution of about 250 DPI The original render is 3250 x 4750 32 bit color depth and 21.2 MB file size. I take that into Paintshop Pro and add the signature and resize the image to fit the maximum of 4000 pixels and then save as a jpeg. Paintshop Pro has a wizard that lets me select the level of compression, I simply adjust the level of compression until the file size is just below the maximum of 512 KB. Depending on the complexity of the image, they can get quite grainy so I have to watch that pretty close or there is too much quality lose and I have to produce a smaller image in those cases.
