I do not know the year and this was at a mechanic shop Russelville,Ark. the owner was going to take it to the car meet at Petit Jean Auto Museum asking price 0f $75,000.00

Definitely a Willys Richard. Just not good with the year but I think it's 1940 because the grille configuration looks different to the 1941/2/3 models I have seen. Great captrure Richard!
