Description

Cinnamon enjoys the beach near her home. She loves to wade in the water and lay in the sun. Thia render took forever because I had so many problems with the lighting. That hat was a problem with the shadows, I am still not happy with it but after two days up it goes. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment and for putting me in the art charts again. I really appreciate it!!!!!

Well, if she needs any company, I'm ready! I could use a good break on an out of the way beach.... She looks lovely, Sherrie, but I understand your dilemma completely. Lighting is one of the hardest things to master, and beach scenes, or snow scenes (in full sunlight) can be hair pullers! (assuming one has hair to pull...) That 'Sunlight' package is pretty good, but I usually end up fiddling with it to try to get the light I'm after. Seems like it's basically one IBL light, and one infinite light. I've been known to stick an extra spot or even point light depending on the scene. Anyway, I'll stop rambling (I love playing with light as you can probably tell..).

Very good work on this scene. she looks like she's enjoying herself immensely! I understand the issues with lighting - I like to play with reflections and refractions and transparent materials - that makes lighting so 'interesting' to put it mildly
