Description

I was out just a few days ago and noticed this little gem with its pedals bending back a bit. I liked the surroundings and figured why not snap one? I shoot entirely in manual and have decised to also manually focus whenever possible. This was my maiden shot. I think I may have dabbled with this before, but none of the shots were what I would consider to be "keepers" Thank you all and enjot the weekend! Its much cooler than its been with low humidity. We may tackle painting our shed that has been recently updated with new roof and some new wood here and there. Heck of alot cheaper than buying new in wood. For sure. :)

beautiful flower and dof. when I was working I needed space to store tools of my former trade. but now I have sold most before someone could steal. I am thinking about selling my storage building as I noticed one at HD for $3400 and I know I built mine better. all I need now is space for my lawn mower, etc. between the building and a tree my lawn can not get enough light to survive

I agree about paching up and making good Fred, you have saved a ton of bucks there mate, this is great Fred, I have never seen one with the petals falling back like that, well seen and found, and I also agree with your decision to go fully manual with exposure and focussing.

Patching even :) Time for a new keyboard, the T is a bit latent on this one, and being English, having no T e a is not a good idea eh? LOL!

Very lovely indeed. Sheds? Who want a shed. We have along line of them behind the house. I am glad to say the we can now see the floor in one of them, since my youngest son was here to help cleaning up in there. :-P

This looks great, Fred. The detail and focus seems to be spot on! I use manual focus whenever I can (and manual everything else), but use auto focus when I'm shooting things that don't hold still. :P

Just beautiful! I love how the petal points overlap each other, accentuating the star shape. Very nice done. Good luck with your weekend project.

Nicely done Fred. Tara and I have both found the value of manual focus. Appears to be just what the doctor ordered for you too.
