Speaking of bats...I just encountered a surly Chicago bat this evening, and it chittered and twittered at me in a way that let me know that s/he was thoroughly annoyed. Okay, enough rambling. I really love the details in this and what grabbed me the most was the cloud pattern and the way that the clouds were defined more by the way they reflect the sunlight than anything else. I like the composition quite a lot, and the intensity of those warm, summery colors is just fantastic. Quite a restful, peaceful photo.
