Description

Terragen classic, free version. StrataGen v2 This terrain is done the way BryceHoro does them in Bryce: 3 terrains, all the same, with different textures. But the terrains have 3 different resolutions. It gives a much better result, I think. I didn't know this could be done in Terragen. But it can, if I use Stratas. So this was a test and I like it. I hope you do, too. Corrie

This is awesome, seems to have worked real well. When I saw it on the main page I thought it was a photograph. Nice work.

Very good work I can assure you that if we were caught in a place like this, I'd be after the 'guide/hunter' with a no-payment to the man

Super work Corrie, you are continuously improving your Terragen skills, The most impressive thing to me is you get these results with the Free V, I tried the Free one years ago and just couldn't get any good results at all because so much of the app was limited in the Free one. Doesn't seem to hinder you any, guess I just didn't try hard enough, I actually spent some time working up a MoJo yesterday and Rendered all night (7 hrs actually not too bad for Mojo, those marathon 24 hr Renders is why I quit using it so much) Peace

very nice work, looks as hot as London feels at the moment, the shadows and faint blur into the haze are excellent, very photo realistic

Great work. Very well done to learn from the masters and transport it to another tool. This landscape makes me thirsty!

Excellent sun and haze effects, Corrie, and interesting text. It makes me want to play around with the technique in Terragen when I can find time to get back to it. Great work and thanks for the info!
