Description
Seth's family had farmed this land for over 100 years. Now the drought and Depression were about to end that legacy. Two years of failed crops had forced them to take out loans to survive. With the depressed economy, the banks weren't willing to give extensions anymore. They had three weeks to come up with the money or lose everything.
History seems to repeat itself.

Wonderful scene. I have cousins on a farm they have had for over 100 years. They have had some tough times.
