or ROS for all you robotic folks...this is the robber fly attacking a skipper. it was hard shot to get as you can see from the shadows it pinned the skipper down on a low leaf. I have a lot of these flying around this year which I'm glad because the also kill those terrible red wasp that sting me for no reason except the colour of my hair...this also represents how I feel each time I leave my property. I grew up in the woods in a rural 'puritan' town in w.tenn. I remember when I was a kid I used to go off into the woods for the whole day and just observe things. I can't remember ever feeling more at peace. I won't that peace again b4 I die. if anyone is thinking of moving to Nashville I have this property very reasonable in e.nashville where a lot of the show Nashville has been shot. also jack whites' store just minutes away. the city is developing the area further so values will rise even higher so it would be a good investment and I wish to go back to from whence I came b4 I die...anyway I hope you like todays 'attack' submission. thank u all that support me.
