I got my first digital camera in May 2005. I use a Minolta DiMage Z10.
I haunt the fringes between civilization and the wild for most of my photos. I enjoy the richness of the diversity I find there.

I think this is a tiny Pyrausta aurata ( mint-moth) on oregano; I agree with your wife.. not that I find it scary, but 20 cm more distance would have shown the beauty of this little criiter I have one uploaded to another forum you can se it here : http://www.treknature.com/viewphotos.php?l=3&p=298245
