Hey Mike, all you are suffering from is lack of detail work. This is really a nicely formatted composition. Sky, clouds, trees and mountains are all good. The details are the foreground dirt, the asphalt and the paint on the cars, oh, and a driver for the red car. The dirt and roadway textures need to be scaled down a bit and maybe the asphalt could be a little less "Black". The car paint needs shine and reflectivity to look even somewhat real to the eye. Even a poor model car can look decent from this distance if you take time to optimize what you have. Hang in there and you'll do just fine :-) (Us "bay area" boys have got to stick together!)

Thanks for the encouragement and 'constructive' criticism Bud! I almost threw in the wrench and said screw it! lol Some times we need a nudge to keep us in the mood for creating art, and you did a great job at that!!! well appreciated :-)

I agree with Greywolf 44 the trees and mountains look good a bit of work on the car and the road would make it a great image

I think you are on to something here Mike. Like Wolf said, a few more finer details and this would be a great looking scene. Don't beat yourself up over aomw left out details. It is not worth it. As Bobby McFerrin said; "Don't Worry, Be Happy"!!!

they right. do not worry it will come to you as you work and get more details in . most of it do look wonderful as the ones above say.

I agree with the above comments. One more thing, the wall (?) along the sides of the road should be changed to a gravel shoulder. A few shrubs here and there among the trees would be nice, too.

Overall, not bad at all. A few afore mentioned details and it will be perfect! Still nice work though.
