Description
Two of these birds ended up sitting on a wall just above the control room. I opened one of the windows in the kitchen zoomed in and this is one of the few captures i took mid afternoon yesterday. You might ask how is it that i am supposed to be at work and able to visit my nephews house as well. They live nearby the power station and I asked permission from my shift foreman to go out. It seems that our power station wont be in commission again. I read a article in a afrikaans newspaper that we have in South Africa that the council wants to sell both power stations belonging to them and that they want to privatise them. This can be finalised by next year February. So me and my co workers do not know what lies ahead for us.God bless.

Excellent detailed shot of a bird I have never heard of or seen before. Hope things resolve themselves at the plant and that it all works out for you.... uncertainty can be a stressful worrying time....things often have a way of working out.
