I agree whole heartedly Steve. for four years a band i was in had a girl on guitar, and she was a pretty good shredder too. I like the effect here mate.

Oh forgot to mention. I and the guys had no problem with her, the only person that had a huge problem with Karen, was my then wife, who was an insanely jealous woman, especially if we stood shoulder to shoulder whilst playing.
