Phoebe looks stunning in the Nascha outfit which doesn't come with morphs to fit her. I did it with magnets. Is the costume authentic? Probably not, but it looks nice on her.

The Romans lived in Southern Europa and had mostly dark hair. Maybe this adorable beauty was imported from Northern parts of the Empire.

There wee blonds in the noth east. We see them in Venetian Renaissance paintings. And if her father was an officer in the Roman legions he easily could have married the daughter of a local chief in the provinces.
