Description
I really though, when I saw them that Truly would love to play with bubbles, so I bought her a bubble gun. ( I bought Carla 'B', Meadow & Jasmine a bubble machine years ago & they loved catching the bubbles.)
How wrong was I, Truly is frightened of the gun & kept running away from it, or I thought it could be the gun. So I bought her a bottle of just bubbles so there was no noise!!!
NO it is the bubbles she is frightened of, she runs away from them or just stares at them. Not even a flicker of play or interest.
I thought Mr. Buck would like them but even he let me down & ran away from the bubbles. Ah well luckily I didn't pay a fortune for the two things, so not too worry.
Just to let you know Toniann bought Trulys brother Otis one & he LOVES his bubble gun & chases & plays for ages with the bubbles.

Oh the fears that people and dogs develop one wonders why?? Never mind Truly I send you a hug instead of a bubble, and I would send some loving thoughts but they come in .... you guessed it thought "bubbles"

I cannot imagine Truly having a bad experience in the past with bubbles... worst case scenario they hit one's face/nose and burst, maybe once she grows more familiar with them she might begin to enjoy them, sometimes dogs and cats can be a little fearful of things they may not have experienced before or maybe don't understand because of that fact. Great shots here.... bubbles might be a grower for Truly.

All of my dogs loved chasing bubbles although all I ever used was the round wand that I had to blow out the bubbles!
