Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

I like the way you have captured the rain bouncing off the roofs and surfaces.

In the UK we say it's coming down like stair rods !! Super set of pics Helle.

LOL I just called it Cats and dogs, because i have seen it expressed that way in USA :) Here we said in older time it is raining Cobbler boys. But now it is pouring down in "rods" or "thighs thick beams" LOL !

A few days ago it has rained very heavily here also. Today it was very warm again. That's a crazy summer. Your shots are superb. One can almost hear the falling drops.

That's right, raining cats and dogs--I just stepped in a poodle! Nice captures of this storm, I could use this right about now...

Yup ... cats and dogs! In the case of this heavy rain, we might also say it's raining "like a cow peeing on a flat rock." :) This looks so refreshing!

Wow Helle, now that is what I call a rain storm.
CavalierLady
Ah, that does look refreshing! Send some of that our way! :)

Superb capture. All that we experienced thus far and that was as recently as yesterday is a earthquacke of 5.3 on the Richter scale. The strongest one that i have experienced and felt thus far in South Africa. God bless.
