Description

Its name ? Perhaps Dark Green Fritillary ?.... Don't hesitate to tell me if there is an error... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Green_Fritillary Thank you to Paul (Windigo) who proposed the name "High Brown Fritillary" for butterfly: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Brown_Fritillary Son nom ? Probablement Grand Nacré (ou peut-être Moyen Nacré)... http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_nacr%C3%A9 Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 Thanks for all your nice comments on my previous pictures, or for just taking a peek!

Brightly beautiful and sharp. It is a pity that the butterfly doesn't get attention enough because of the two purple flowers.

Quelle magnifique photo!
