Description

I remembered we have this small Escort Carrier on The Duckpond, perfect for Tryphons Royal Navy DoMus to take to the water....

Beware of Tailspin! He's more dangerous than any enemy! Mainly, unpredictable! Now, to protect that shipment of ice cream bound for the Ape Army in North Africa. No, wrong film... it's the 8th Army. This is just too cool. Sets my imagination going. Again, nice job with all the figures and their uniforms (Tryphon, I presume). Again, it makes me wonder how large your rendering farm must be! I count some 15 figures! Keep up the good work, Neil! Can't wait to sea the sea-quel to this image! :-)

Very cool, Neil. Reminds us all of how busy a flight deck can be. In fact, it's probably a bit more dangerous with all the prop jobs as opposed to jet aircraft.

Nice composition with the most of the RN sailor uniforms of Tryphon. BTW... The rail has a height of at least 1m or more. ;-)

This surely represents a good deal of time posing the figures! I applaud your patience, Neil. Nice work!

the uncertainty of a pilot landing on a carrier the first time and then the first landing at night, must daunting even now with all the improvements. your composition is superb and use of props

Stunning piece my friend, bravissimo! Splendid seeing Domus sporting Royal Navy colors, he's truly a renaissance man. I agree with Mike, O where, O where is mister HAWKINS??? Had to use my phone, since the hospital wifi doesn't allow to surf certain site, rendo comes to mind, because of the nudity,
