Description

There was a thump on the window & I looked out & saw this little bird. It had obviously flown into the window, I could see it had stunned itself, its eyes were glazed & its little mouth was taking in the air. I went outside to keep him safe while he recovered, which is what he did after a while & flew away. Thanks for all the lovely comments & favs, so, so appreciated. xxx

That's a cute couple of shots and a happy ending to a worrying event. I doubt if Mr Buck would have been so generous if he had been first to come across the little fellow, especially had it been before dinner or tea. We don't see as many sparrows as we did in the 60's and 70's.

Glad the bird was ok,I get them regular doing it some survive some don't :( This is only as the the reflection in the window make the trees look a lot further than they actually are.I have taken to hanging up a wind chime in my window to distract them,so far it has worked.
