Description
Blondeblurr and I took advantage of slight winds and sunshine and went on a great tourist outing with Brownsea Island Ferries from Poole Quay to the entrance to Swanage harbour at the start of the Jurassic coast.
I hadn't made that trip for 40 years so it was a real treat for me too.
The skipper did a terrific commentary and although I spent much of my teenage in the harbour I learned some amazing new facts.
He had a slight Welsh accent in his Dorset one and it was only on the return journey I noticed his personal flag!
It was an excellent day.
More photos to follow, probably in montages as I took quite a lot!

Out on the water on a sunny day. Sounds like a great time. Nice boat but the colors look like something you would find in a bath tube. You didn't see a rubber ducky?
