I know you're not into the geology of the thing, but wow. That's some pretty impressive uplift and erosion! All those tilted layers of rock would have been deposited when the surface was flat, layer upon layer over eons. Then that flat land was pushed up to form mountains, and now it's eroding again. Spectacular. The waterfalls are a big part of the current erosion cycle. A shot fit for any geology textbook! Okay, aside from all that, it's just a really great picture. I love the rich greens of the trees and their reflections. Marvelous picture!
