OOOO MMMMM GGGG!!!!! This is the most amazing macro of a spider I've ever seen! This just blows me away - look at the detail! And sharp as a tack. Wow! Jeeze - Now I know how Sam Gamgee felt while fighting off Shelob... 5 stars is NOT enough!

I don't think it will work every time... this time I covered him with a glass cup. Camera and all were set up and then I lifted the cup and fired the flash. He stayed in place, so I got move images and stacked them together. Was very lucky...
