My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

I think you might be right Tara. Nice mono candid.

I love the white hair on the mother. I'll bet you are right on the family unit. When I was a broke student I college , I used to go to public places like this and people watch for entertainment. My roommate and I would make up fantastic stories about them. It was free fun.

Yes, that could easily have been my mother and me at one time! My brother inherited the dark Jewish curls, grrr!

Maybe one of them is a hairdresser and does them for free? Wonderful candid shot, they do look to be related!

A very appealing entry in your continuing series, both for the human interest & the compositional elements. The shallow DOF is very effective, as it focuses our attention on the four women, while turning the background into soft fuzzy groupings of shapes & tones that is echoed by what looks like abstract canvases (or at least they look abstract to me in your photo). And the b&w was an excellent choice too - the range of tones it reveals is superb...

Yep - I think you're right, Tara. Whatever the case, it's a fun capture! I like it!

It does make you think. Perhaps it's mom and her triplets.
