It's not real but It's full size ans made of welded metal.

Thanks for the mention my friend! The teeth were the give away Alan but just as nasty as the real ones. I like this POV and photo! The Cuban crocs are the most aggressive - I saw a one foot long Cuban crocodile trying to attack a full grown man - I think I even took a photo of it if I can find it!
