Fantastic perspective on the action and great models. Did you use depth of field or blur on the walkers in the background? Oh, and did O'Brien get away okay?

No DOP on this one memaci. I had a lot of trouble with the red light so I rendered the whole thing In 4 passes. I started with the front helmets only. Then I rendered the middle section with the ships only, and then the back mountains only and the sky last. I used PS7 to blur each image and adjust the color. All of the images were then brought into AE for the composite work. (And please dont ask me why I like to use AE over PS7. Its just the way I was taught to merge alpha images and will Keep trying till I get it right in Carrara).
