My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

I was going to say props for this, but then thought that a bitof a corny gag :) I like the worked background sweetie, sets off the polished wood well.

Wow - what a beauty of a prop, and a great shot of it, Tara! Four of these would look awesome on my Phantom - but not this size LOL!

A beautiful work of art. I love the color and the finish. And I notice it seems to be laminated which is stronger than a single piece of wood. I never noticed that before. You show it very well.

It looks good enough to be their cover poster, this is really good work.

Well done! They are a piece of art.

I easily see why the title very beautiful work went into the making of this prop.

So beautiful! I was offered a Spitfire prop for £30 when I was a student, but it was way beyond my income at the time, about six weeks housekeeping.

Oh. My. God! This is amazing! I'm glad to see that it's only been half of forever since you've done one of these! i was afraid it had been longer. This is brilliant, and yes...absolutely yes...full zoom is necessary. I can see the title, and what a wonderful, diminutive invitation to enjoy this business end of a very important piece of machinery! I love the sheen, the texture, and the identification. What's not to love about this? Guess what just so happens to be making a trip into my favorites. And don't blame me if a story comes out of this. How can it be any less than inspiring. I love the title!

Very skillful job of removing the background to reveal the beauty of the wood. And the creative crop & presentation further highlight the elegant curve of this classic prop...
