pancit ? the pancit I know is different, but each area of the Philippines has different style of cooking. this looks more like spaghetti than oriental noodles. it was at a party I went to last year
I recently went to a Filipino restaurant and ate their special of the day Adobo . it was pure pork, but all of the Adobo, I have eaten has had potatoes . the cook is from a different location in the Philippines , so their style is different but very enjoyable food. their sweet rice cake was delicious also

That looks delicious... lots of cut hard boiled egg's.... makes for an interesting shot. I think food subjects are often devalued too much on a creative level of Photography but they can make for an interesting shot.
