Description

I was in Belgium this morning and in the middle of an industrial estate (Herstal, near Liege) came across this little baby. Apologies for the roundabout sign, The light was wrong when I moved around, and I couldn't climb the pole against which I was leaning LOL. Anyway, here it is, whatever it is/was.
