Description
This time baggage cars, in relatively good shape compared to most of the other train paraphernalia, captured way back on 5/13/06, at the Orange Empire Railway Museum in Perris, California. An 80-acre site featuring 200 steam, diesel and electric locomotives as well as passenger and freight cars, streetcars, and other railway equipment. Rail transportation in the West from the late 1870s through the 1960s is depicted.
These cars are so lengthy that I couldn't squeeze one in its entirety for a decent closeup picture, especially with my basic nonpanorama camera. Since these were low resolution shots, you will get about a mere ten percent increase in ZOOM.
All aboard!

They look so elegant for baggage cars, someone must spend a lot of time washing and polishing the outsides. Great captures, Harry!
