Desert blooms :)
I never realized how many flowers bloomed in the desert, I always had this preconceived notion that the desert was all sand and cactus ;) NOT SO! It is gorgeous in the Sonoran Desert. So many colors!
With this bloom, I just did a little post work, because I felt like playing with it :)

Excellent PP Melinda, and good info, like you I thought the same thing, in my youth i was so dense I thought a sheet of sand paper was a map of the Mojave LOL! Just my little joke for the day :)

Beautiful! The Sonoran Desert really is a beautiful place, even when nothing is blooming. I love it there, with the exception of the low, low humidity. Visually, it's a glorious place!
